This has a very fresh and pure lemon nose with iodine, wet-chalk and spiced almond-biscuit notes. The palate has a stunning array of lemons, peaches and grapefruit with a seamless, pastry-like texture and a late, flinty twist to the succulent, grapefruit finish.
