The 2022 Follin-Arbelet Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru Les Vercots is a structured 100% Pinot Noir from Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Grown on predominantly clay-rich soils, it shows blackberry, black cherry and raspberry with plum, black pepper and subtle mineral notes.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and concentrated, with juicy red and dark fruit, fresh acidity and finely integrated tannins. The texture is smooth and layered, leading to a persistent mineral and savoury finish with excellent potential for bottle development.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for those who enjoy structured Premier Cru Burgundy with ripe fruit, freshness and ageing potential. Best enjoyed from around 2027, with cellaring potential into the mid-to-late 2030s. Ideal with roast duck, lamb, beef, game or mushroom dishes.
