ANDRE DELORME
André Delorme is a respected name in Burgundy, specializing in Crémant de Bourgogne—France’s best-kept secret for high-quality sparkling wine outside Champagne. Founded in 1942 in Rully, in the Côte Chalonnaise, the house combines traditional winemaking with a sharp focus on finesse and expression.
Delorme produces its sparkling wines using the Méthode Traditionnelle, the same method used in Champagne. This involves a second fermentation in the bottle and extended lees aging, resulting in complex, finely textured wines that over-deliver in quality.
The grapes—primarily Pinot Noir and Chardonnay—are sourced from select vineyards in Burgundy, where cool-climate conditions help preserve acidity and delicacy. The Brut Rosé in particular showcases Pinot Noir at its most graceful, with elegance and fruit-driven charm.
