Sourced entirely from estate vineyards across seven villages including Avize, Cramant and Oger, the wine blends predominantly Chardonnay with a small portion of Pinot Noir, combining chalky tension with subtle textural depth. Extended lees ageing and restrained dosage allow the purity and saline character of the terroir to remain at the forefront.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with exceptionally fine mousse, vibrant acidity and a long mineral finish. Layers of lemon zest, green apple and orchard fruit are balanced by brioche, toasted almond and delicate chalky complexity, finishing dry, energetic and beautifully persistent with impressive precision and finesse.
