The 2025 Tyrrell’s Rufus Stone Heathcote Shiraz is a full-bodied Victorian Shiraz from Tyrrell’s estate vineyard in Heathcote, planted on the region’s ancient Cambrian soils. The nose shows black plum, ripe mulberry and dark berry fruit alongside white pepper, spice and subtle dark chocolate notes.
On the palate, it is rich and structured with concentrated dark fruit, fresh acidity and supple tannins. Small-format oak adds spice and depth while maintaining brightness through the fruit, leading to a long, savoury and well-balanced finish.
