On the palate, it is juicy, supple and light on its feet, with fresh red fruit, gentle tannins and refreshing acidity. Traditional whole-bunch semi-carbonic fermentation with indigenous yeasts is followed by 3–6 months in concrete tanks, preserving the wine’s vibrant fruit and easy-drinking character.
