Produced from mature vines rooted in the region’s distinctive Kimmeridgian limestone and marl soils, it shows fresh lemon, green apple and ripe pear alongside white flowers, subtle orchard fruit and a characteristic oyster-shell minerality.
On the palate, it is dry, fresh and finely textured, with lively acidity balancing the additional concentration provided by the old vines.
