The 2024 Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett is a beautifully delicate Mosel Riesling from the steep, slate-rich Graacher Himmelreich vineyard. The cool 2024 vintage produced a particularly precise expression, with aromas of green apple, white peach and apricot, joined by fresh herbs and subtle flinty notes.
On the palate, it is light-bodied and off-dry, balancing gentle natural sweetness with expressive acidity and deep slate minerality. At just 8.5% alcohol, the wine feels graceful and refreshing, finishing long, crisp and finely defined. It received 93 points from Vinous and James Suckling, and 92 points from Wine Advocate.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent introduction to the elegant, age-worthy Rieslings of Joh. Jos. Prüm. Beautifully approachable young, but its acidity and mineral structure should allow it to develop gracefully for 15 years or more. Ideal with sushi, spicy Thai dishes, pork belly, grilled prawns or roast chicken.
