The 2023 Domaine des Chirats Syrah is a structured Northern Rhône red showing blackberry, black cherry and plum with violet, cracked pepper and subtle savoury notes.
On the palate, it is concentrated and finely structured, with fresh acidity, firm tannins and layers of dark fruit, pepper and stony minerality. The finish is long, dry and persistent.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for Syrah drinkers who enjoy structured, peppery and savoury Northern Rhône reds. Best enjoyed from 2027–2037. Pair with roast lamb, grilled beef, slow-cooked meats or mushroom dishes.
