The 2023 Camille Giroud Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is a refined Chardonnay from one of Burgundy’s most recognised Grand Cru vineyards. The nose shows lemon, pear and white peach, complemented by delicate floral notes and pronounced stony minerality.
On the palate, it is focused and structured, with bright acidity, citrus and orchard fruit supported by a fine chalky texture. The finish is long, dry and distinctly mineral.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for collectors and Chardonnay drinkers who appreciate precise, mineral-driven white Burgundy. Best enjoyed from 2028–2043. Serve lightly chilled with lobster, scallops, grilled fish, roast chicken or mushroom dishes.
