Block 5, Bindi’s flagship Pinot Noir, combines elegance with quiet power. Layers of cherry, sweet spice, bitter orange and fresh herbs unfold across a precise palate framed by superfine, powdery tannins and vibrant acidity.
Block 8 offers a deeper, more savoury expression. Red and dark cherry, plum, rhubarb, earthy undergrowth and brown spice flow through a creamy yet finely structured palate, finishing exceptionally long and persistent.
Darshan is the most ethereal of the trio, with lifted aromas of red rose, raspberry leaf, autumn leaves and incense. Light on its feet and beautifully perfumed, it delivers silky tannins, cleansing acidity and graceful length.
