Whole-bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts, it was matured in 500L Austrian Stockinger puncheons, highlighting precision and site expression. The nose is layered with lemon, white peach and pear, complemented by notes of white flowers, roasted hazelnut, flint and subtle spice.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with exceptional purity, vibrant acidity and a finely textured mouthfeel.
