This small family Domaine remains resolutely under the radar. Philippe Jouan joined his father Henri in 2004 and is now assisted in his turn by his son. The vines are ploughed and then managed according to ‘lutte raisonnee’. This village-level Morey-Saint-Denis is made from old vines and the wine is aged in 30% new oak.
