The 2022 Domaine Clement Lavallee Auxerre Blanc Rouge Ma Pierre is an elegant Pinot Noir from northern Burgundy. Sourced from a south-facing parcel of mature vines growing on white clay soils, it shows red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry alongside subtle florals, dried herbs, gentle spice and earthy notes.
On the palate, it is fresh and finely structured, with lively acidity, juicy red fruit and elegant tannins. The fruit undergoes a short cold maceration followed by indigenous yeast fermentation and around 18 days on skins. The wine is matured in neutral oak on fine lees, building texture and savoury complexity without overwhelming the purity of the Pinot Noir.

Enjoy now or cellar for further development. Ideal with roast duck, chicken, pork, mushroom dishes, charcuterie or soft cheeses.
