Biodynamically farmed Malbec by the very open-minded 6th gen winemaker Fabien Jouves in France’s Cahors region. One hectare of Malbec is aged and undergoes elevage in Amphorae, letting the dizzying limestone hills and its fifty year old vines do the talking. In this case, less is definitely more. No sulphites added, it’s a red fruit salad that’s as clean as they come.
