This wine is a blend of 85% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Muscadelle. It was aged for 18 months in oak barrels, with around 40% of them being new. The wine is best enjoyed with desserts, such as creme brulee, fruit tarts, or blue cheese. It can also be served as an aperitif, paired with foie gras or spicy Asian dishes.
