2020 Birgit Braunstein Pinot Blanc

Elegant, crystalline pinot blanc from Austria's mother of biodymics and minimal intervention. This variety has a long history in the Burgenland region and this is a fine example, with notes of lemon, pear and flint. Particularly inviting and generous in the cool 2020 vintage.
