2022 Domaine Dureuil-Janthial Rully 1er Cru Le Meix Cadot Blanc

Hand-harvested, whole bunch pressed then lees settled for 48 hours. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels (20% new, Chassin). Aged in barrel 12 months, then six months in tank. Bottled unfined and unfiltered; all actions follow the lunar calendar.

Aromas of lemon zest, light pineapple, wildflowers. Fresh and layered, with great texture.
