Pear, apple and lime are garlanded in sweetly fragrant honeysuckle as well as cooling fennel and Thai basil in an effusively aromatic and lushly rich palate display. There is considerable fullness here from around 12.5% alcohol, but only the faintest trace of warmth. Alkaline and stony accents seem to shimmer beneath a carpet of fruit in an at-once enveloping and refreshing finish.
