Unwinding in the glass with scents of waxy citrus rind, fresh peach, honeycomb, dried white flowers and nutmeg, it's medium to full-bodied, tangy and incisive, with all the racy acidity and chalky phenolic structure that one would expect from this site and this vintage. It will need a little time to open up, but it's a classic in the making.
