2022 Domaine Lafarge Vial Fleurie Joie du Palais

This vineyard, situated near La Madone, is exceptionally steep (a 40-50% gradient) and is planted with 65-year-old vines. Rich red fruit washes over the palate with unctuous, melting tannins. This lives up to its name; there is real joy here, allied to a magical finesse.
