Aromas of florals, jasmine tea, crushed stone, waxy with Meyer lemon and persimmon. The palate has a backbone of stony minerality, ripe citrus and lemon oil. Textured, with fleshy yellow fruit flavours which balance harmoniously with the natural acidity.
