2021 Taupenot-Merme Chambolle Musigny Premier Cru La Combe D'Orveau

Dark crimson to purple. There is a significant added depth of fruit now we are in 1er Cru territory, including some dark cherry notes. Sucrosity in the middle and salinity at the back, an unusual mix. Now some ripe strawberries too. Really quite long.
