This Champagne Brut Joyau de France by Boizel is the result of the vintage 2008 and a selection of grapes Grand Cru and Premier Cru. Like all other Champagne by Maison Boizel, the juice comes from the first pressing. After a long aging period, 12 years, a low dosage is added to preserve the natural balance between tis aromas. The intense gold colour with a creamy mousse and persistent and delicate perlage are accompanied by an intense bouquet: a concentration of flowery fragrances, ripe fruits and delicate pastries. Its complex aromatic structure is well mixed with fineness. The Fruity touches are enriched by a light nuance of black currant, cherries and oranges, as well as bitter touch. The final taste is long and reflects its balance between pureness, freshness, richness and complexity.
