Paul Goerg 1er Cru Brut Millesime 2012

Champagne Vintage 2012 from Paul Goerg is a vintaged Brut champagne elaborated from Premiers Crus (85% of chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir).

A plot winemaking, a long raising period of 9 years and a low dosage (5gr/L) confer to this champagne a unique character. The nose is mineral, very fresh and of a great fineness. The palate is silky and ample, then it unveils yellow fruit aromas and ends on a lemony note.

This great vintage offers a marvelous aging potential.
