2022 Ceritas Zephyr Chardonnay

Well insulated from the heat of the vintage, Zephyr produced a stunningly balanced, nuanced wine in 2022. Pouring a limpid pale yellow, Zephyr shines aromatically with notes of underripe peach skin and white flowers. The palate is packed full of lemon curd, baked apple and stone fruit wrapped around a bolt of lovely acidity.
