2019 Pattes Loup Vent Dange Chablis

Very impressive, with superb concentration, length and flavour. White peach, lemon balm, honey suckle and lemon pith are apparent. Lovely intensity yet still pure, there's plenty of drive which is supported by ample weight from the extended lees contact. And as hoped, a lingering mineral/oyster shell finish. Delicious.
