La Gritona Reposado Tequila is a distinctive, agave-driven tequila produced in Valle de Guadalupe in the Jalisco Highlands of Mexico by master distiller Melly Barajas and her small, female-led team. Made from mature Blue Weber agave grown in the region’s iron-rich red soils, the agave is steam-cooked in traditional thick-walled ovens, naturally fermented in open steel vats and double distilled. La Gritona is also completely additive-free, allowing the natural character of the agave to remain at the centre of the spirit.
