The Nebbiolo "Ginestrino" of Conterno Fantino is a typical and traditional expression of the Langhe. The nose gives delicately floral aromas, aromas of small red berry fruits embellished with a touch of spice. The sip is snappy, fresh and fruity, with fragrant aromas and a finish of good gustatory persistence. The fermentation takes place in horizontal steel winemakers, with a rather short maceration on the skins, lasting 6-8 days. The next maturation will then take place in French oak barrels of second passage for 10 months and complete the refinement with a few months in the bottle.
