The 2025 Trediberri Nebbiolo Langhe DOC is a fresh, unoaked 100% Nebbiolo from Piedmont, with fruit sourced mainly from La Morra and Levice. The nose shows bright cherry and raspberry with rose, subtle herbs and gentle spice, capturing Nebbiolo’s aromatic character without heavy oak influence.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and lively, with juicy red fruit, fresh acidity and fine, approachable tannins. Fermentation takes place mainly in concrete, followed by maturation in concrete, stainless steel or fibreglass, keeping the wine vibrant and fruit-focused.
