The 2021 Domaine Christian Moreau Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos is a profound expression of arguably the most celebrated Grand Cru vineyard in Chablis. Christian Moreau owns an exceptional 3-hectare contiguous parcel stretching from almost the bottom to the top of the Les Clos slope, allowing the domaine to capture several different expressions of this famous terroir. The south-facing vineyard sits on extremely rocky Kimmeridgian limestone with dense white clay, while the vines average approximately 50–60 years of age. The three sections of the parcel are vinified separately before being blended, creating a remarkably complete expression of Les Clos.
