The 2025 wine is very vibrant and fresh. Aromas of nettles, lemongrass, citrus and passionfruit pith. The palate is crunchy and vibrant displaying fresh ripe citrus line, guava and fresh herbs. There is a nice wet stone and pithy citrus line which runs through the wine.
