2024 Stonier Hillcrest Pinot Noir is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Merricks on the Mornington Peninsula. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry combine with floral and subtle savoury notes. The palate is silky and refined, showing vibrant red fruit, fine tannins and fresh acidity. Elegant and expressive, it’s a classic cool-climate Australian Pinot Noir with excellent balance and length.
