2023 Seville Estate Yarra Pinot Noir x 6 bottles

The 2023 Seville Estate Yarra Pinot Noir is a refined cool-climate Pinot Noir crafted from vineyard parcels across the Yarra Valley, with around half of the fruit sourced from the cooler Upper Yarra ranges. Produced using a combination of whole berry and whole bunch fermentation before maturation in French oak puncheons and hogsheads, the wine reflects Seville Estate’s elegant and savoury house style while showcasing the freshness and purity of the 2023 vintage. 

On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with silky tannins and vibrant acidity, delivering flavours of wild strawberry, red cherry and raspberry layered with rose petal, five spice and subtle earthy notes. The texture is polished and finely balanced, with restrained oak influence supporting a long, savoury finish that retains freshness and mineral detail.
