On the palate, it is medium-bodied with fresh acidity, concentrated dark fruit and fine, structured tannins. Scorpo’s Shiraz is wild fermented in open vats following a cold soak, with extended skin contact before maturation in French oak. The result is a layered, peppery style with savoury complexity and a persistent finish.
