The 2025 Heathcote Estate Single Vineyard Organic Rosé is a distinctive Victorian rosé from Tom Carson and the organically certified Heathcote Estate vineyard. Grown on the region’s ancient Cambrian soils, it shows pomegranate, cranberry and wild strawberry with hints of red cherry, citrus and subtle savoury spice. The 2025 vintage was awarded the Best Rosé Trophy at the 2025 Heathcote Wine Show.
On the palate, it is dry and finely structured with bright acidity, fresh red berry fruit and a gentle textural grip. Pomegranate and tart cherry are joined by citrus and subtle mineral notes, leading to a clean, savoury and persistent finish. The estate has been fully certified organic since 2021.
