This 100% estate-grown Shiraz was aged in new French oak puncheons followed by a period of 15 months on gross lees, allowing the wine to develop. The result is a vibrant and youthful red-black coloured wine. A swirl of the glass reveals forest and bramble fruit with bready and creamy nuances. These are complemented by meat and savoury yeast notes. The palate is rich, bursting with red and black fruits along with savoury-meaty characters, eventually culminating in a lingering finish.
