The 2025 Village Chardonnay is a masterclass in energy and piercing acidity. Sourced from a diverse map of premium sites including Summertown, Piccadilly, and Lenswood, this blend of five clones underwent wild fermentation and full malolactic fermentation. With a slightly reduced new oak profile (15%) and nine months of lees stirring, the wine maintains a laser-like focus on the mid-palate, surrounding a core of pure, crystalline aromatics.
