Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of tropical fruit, melon and green apple are followed by some delicate herbaceous notes. The flavoursome palate features passionfruit, lime and green apple fruits over subtle cut grass and mineral elements. Nicely rounded mouth feel with a lick of brisk acidity on the fruity finish.
