2021 Domaine Pavelot Savigny-les-Beaune

A perfumed and equally fresh nose features cool aromas of various dark berries, newly turned earth and a whiff of underbrush character. The suave, round a delicious middleweight flavors possess slightly better density on the bitter pit fruit-inflected finish that is both clean and dry-in-the-best sense. Note that this too could easily be enjoyed upon release.
