2021 Domaine Saumaize Michelin Macon Villages

Pretty yellow and green colour, not so powerful on the nose. There is a wonderful explosion of fruit, a little touch of sucrosity, but the fruit dances across the palate with a bit of acidity too. Classic hillside minerals.
