The 2026 Corymbia Chenin Blanc is a single-vineyard Swan Valley white from Rob and Genevieve Mann’s Rocket’s Vineyard. Made from old-vine Chenin Blanc, it shows green apple, pear and citrus with delicate floral notes, green almond and a distinctive saline mineral character.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and textural, with bright acidity supporting fresh orchard fruit, grapefruit and lemon. Corymbia’s established approach of whole-bunch pressing, indigenous-yeast fermentation and the use of seasoned French oak adds a subtle waxy texture and savoury complexity, leading to a fresh, mineral-driven finish.
