Grown on mature vines planted in the late 1990s, it shows red cherry, raspberry and dark berries with violet, dried herbs, pepper and subtle savoury spice, shaped by the region’s maritime influence and limestone-rich soils.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with bright acidity, juicy red and dark fruit and fine, structured tannins. The Cabernet Franc is cold-soaked and whole-berry fermented in open-top fermenters before maturation in a combination of old and new oak, bringing gentle spice and texture while maintaining freshness and varietal character.
