2021 Prophet's Rock Pinot Gris

The two stunning vineyards that combine to make Prophet's Rock's Pinot Gris are located in the Bendigo and Pisa sub-regions of Central Otago, facing each other across Lake Dunstan. Rocky Pinot on schist based soil and Kopuwai Delta on a mix of glacial and alluvial deposits. 

A textural delight, with powerful, delicious aromas and flavours of ripe apple, nashi pear, touches of honeysuckle. This is a truly aromatic expression of Pinot Gris and a marvellous food wine. Pinot Gris has always been a strong focus for Prophet's Rock.
