Produced by the family-owned Elderton Wines, it combines the natural freshness of the elevated Eden Valley with careful oak maturation to create a style that is approachable yet layered.
The nose shows ripe peach, lemon and melon with crushed nuts, fennel and subtle white pepper. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and creamy, with stone fruit and citrus framed by gentle toasted oak and refreshing acidity. The finish remains fresh and balanced, with a subtle cooling herbal character.
