2021 Domaine William Fevre Petit Chablis

A moderately fruity nose reflects notes of lemongrass and enough Chablis character to be attractive. There is solid concentration to the nicely detailed yet rich flavors that deliver better than average complexity on the saline, dry and lingering file. This is really quite a good Petit Chablis.
