Medium to deep purple/red hue, excellent colour. Spicy, smoky oak overlying dark-cherry fruit on an uncannily Burgundy-like bouquet and palate. Intense and driving, powerful and lingering, with appropriate tannin grip and structure that holds it long into an extended aftertaste. Impressive stuff.
