Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose presents a refined sniff of white peach, nectarine and light dried honey gently infused with gun flint that shows plenty of intensity out of the glass. Biscuity oak, nougat and spice notes chime in for additionally complexity. Very elegant and fresh yet with delicate creaminess to the textural feel, there’s an understated power to the nectarine and white peach fruits which are featured over a back drop of biscuity oak, light infusions of gun flint, dried honey, traces of spicy cashew and nougat. Superb length finishing dry with focused acidity and a long detailed aftertaste that shows plenty of finesse.
