This is the latest project from the Dhillon family, whose Bindi wines you will be familiar with as a shopper here at Wine More Cellars. As are the Bindi's, the fruit is sourced from the beautiful Macedon Ranges, producing this wonderful local Riesling.
A shinning example of Riesling from this region, and as is the case for South Australia the 2022 vintage has provided magnificent fruit. Notes of lemon sherbet, lime, and grapefruit; balanced by a subtle savoury complexity. Svelte on the palate, with bright acidity, chalky mouthfeel and subtle weight, and tremendous length. A classic seafood match and something to tame intense spice.
