The nose reveals preserved lemon, ripe yellow apple and white peach layered alongside chamomile, brioche and subtle smoky mineral notes, giving the wine impressive complexity and individuality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the palate, it is medium-bodied with fine mousse, vibrant natural acidity and a broad saline mineral core.
